Red Light Therapy (red light therapy) is a non-invasive treatment that uses light to support skin regeneration, improve skin quality, and enhance overall vitality. The treatment does not replace medical care and is not suitable for everyone. Please answer the following questions truthfully. They are intended to assess the suitability of the treatment and ensure your safety.
Common Post-Treatment Symptoms
Increased sensitivity in the massaged areas for a few days after the procedure
Bruising in rare cases
Increased feeling of thirst
Increased fluid elimination
Accelerated digestion
Swelling in the abdominal area is common in the first few hours after treatments focused on this zone (this is a positive sign indicating the beginning of the detoxification process)
Side Effects
Fatigue
Dehydration of the body
Headache
If a hidden inflammation is present in the body, it may become active
Precautions
It is necessary to increase fluid intake, especially water, both before and after the procedure. Inadequate hydration increases the likelihood of side effects (see above).
Recovery after the procedure is individual, approximately 7–14 days, and depends on lifestyle both before and after the treatment.
Recommendations
Procedure frequency should be determined after an initial consultation. However, the recommended interval between sessions is 7–14 days.
After undergoing a procedure focused on the abdominal and back area, wear a corset; for the lower body, wear compression leggings for the following 24 hours.
Do not exercise on the day after the procedure. Avoid overloading or stretching muscles and muscle groups.
After 24 hours, physical activity such as sports or walking is recommended. Maintain a healthy and regular diet to properly stimulate metabolism, reactivate blood circulation, and reduce fat accumulation.
